Gamble Sport Terms & Conditions — Member Rights & Responsibilities

1General Overview & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions Gamble Sport and all its users as a legally binding agreement. Whether accessed via the website, mobile app, or any other channel, Gamble SportBy using the services of, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

Gamble Sport reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be announced on the platform along with the effective date. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2Membership & Registration Terms

Gamble SportTo open an account with, the following conditions must be met:

• Members must be at least 18 years of age. A National ID or passport may be requested for age verification.
• Only one account can be registered per mobile number. If the same person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and any funds on balance may be forfeited.
• The name, address, and date of birth provided at registration must be accurate. Incorrect information will block account verification and prevent withdrawals.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential. If you share them with anyone and a loss occurs, Gamble Sport will not be held liable.
• Professional players, referees, or anyone directly connected to a team may not place bets on that event.

Withdrawals will be limited until your account verification (KYC) is complete. You'll need to submit a photo of your national ID before your first large withdrawal — this is for your security, not to create any hassle.

3Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

Gamble Sportfinancial transaction rules are kept simple and transparent:

• The minimum deposit is ৳100. The maximum deposit depends on the member's verification level and VIP tier.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300. Regular members can withdraw up to ৳1 lakh per day — VIP members have a higher limit.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered under the member's own mobile number. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Deposits are credited to your account instantly. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Requests made between midnight and 6 AM may take slightly longer.
• If a payment is delayed for any reason, contact the support team — it will be resolved within 2 hours.

Gamble Sport never deducts additional fees on its own. However, payment providers may apply their own transfer charges — this is beyond Gamble Sportis not under the control of.

4Betting Rules

All Bets Gamble Sportwill be considered final once registered on the server. Bets cannot be changed or cancelled after confirmation, including in live betting.

• If an event is cancelled or does not start at the scheduled time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• In Case of Incorrect Odds Gamble Sport reserves the right to void such bets. Attempting to exploit obvious odds errors may result in account suspension.
• Arbitrage betting using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• If contradictory bets on the same event are detected across multiple accounts, all such bets will be voided.
• Odds may change during in-play betting due to network delays — this is normal and no disputes will be accepted on this basis.

In case of a dispute over a bet outcome, Gamble Sportown data and official sports authority results shall be considered final. Complaints submitted to support will be resolved within 72 hours.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Gamble SportEvery bonus and promotion on has its own specific terms. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• There is a set time limit to complete the wagering requirements for a bonus — if the deadline passes, both the bonus and any winnings from it will be forfeited.
• Wagering requirements apply to bets placed with bonus funds. Withdrawing while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• If multiple accounts from the same household or device claim bonuses, all bonuses will be cancelled.
• If bonus abuse is confirmed Gamble Sport reserves the right to close the account and forfeit any remaining balance.

6Prohibited Activities

Gamble SportThe following activities are strictly prohibited on:

• Attempting to hack the platform's software, odds calculation system, or payment infrastructure.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Depositing money obtained through money laundering or illegal sources.
• Using another member's identity or opening an account with false information.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
• Abusing or threatening the support team or other members.

Violation of any of these prohibitions Gamble Sport may immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and pursue legal action if necessary.

7Liability & Limitations

Gamble Sport strives to deliver the highest quality service. However, our liability is limited in certain situations:

• If a bet is missed due to an internet disconnection Gamble Sport is not liable.
• If an account password is stolen as a result of the member sharing it with another person, the member bears full responsibility for any resulting losses.
• If a transaction is delayed due to a technical issue on the part of a third-party payment provider, Gamble Sporthas no control over.
• Service may be temporarily unavailable during unplanned server maintenance — no compensation is provided for such interruptions.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Members may close their account at any time. Submit a request to support and the process will be completed within 24 hours.

Gamble Sportmay suspend or close an account in the following cases:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or submission of fraudulent documents.
• If there is suspicion of money laundering or fraud.
• Upon the member's own self-exclusion request.

Any remaining balance will be refunded upon account closure — however, if the account is closed due to a breach of terms, the balance may be forfeited.

9Privacy & Data Protection

Gamble Sport Members' personal information is stored securely. Details provided at registration are used solely for account management, payment processing, and legal compliance.

10Responsible Gaming Commitment
